How To Root Samsung Galaxy S3 / Root Tutorial???

This tutorial will guide you through the steps to root Galaxy S3. This tutorial will help you to setup ClockworkMod recovery to the recovery partition and superuser file. Rooting Samsung Galaxy S3 is safer than S2, because in S II the recovery partition was a part of the kernel. There was high-risk of phone brick. Thanks to Samsung, they’ve followed Nexus’ way and made recovery partition separate from kernel. Thus, making it safer to root.

Warning: Even if it’s safer than S2, there are chances that your phone might brick. Root your device at your own risk.This tutorial is for GT-I9300 and GT-I9300T ONLY. Check your phone model by going to “Settings” -> “About Device” and confirm “Model Number” from there. If you try to follow this method for any other model or device, it might not work. The chances of phone brick are always there. Enough of warning. Steps to root, on your way.

What you need before starting the rooting process:

A computer with Windows operating system.
Micro USB cable to connect your phone to system.
At least 50% battery charge. If you’re conservative, you can go for full charge too.

Note: If you end up Kernel panic mode, do not panic! Just run ODIN, and flash the files again.
Read the warning again. Nobody except you will be responsible for any damage to your device. Neither me, nor Samsung.

Okay then, hold down the 3 keys namely, volume down, home and power button for a few seconds. Keep the position till something happens. By something I mean, your device will reset and show a screen to go into download mode.
Press volume increase key to enter into download mode.
Now you can connect your Samsung Galaxy S III to the computer via Micro USB cable.
DownloadGalaxyS3Root zip file. There are 3 files in the package CF-Root-SGS3-v6.1.tar, odin3 v1.85.exe and Odin3.ini. Unzip them.
Open device manager to confirm that you have required drivers installed. If you can see “Samsung Mobile USB CDC Composite Device” there, you’re good to go. Otherwise, you need to download Samsung Kies. Install it, and re-plug the mobile.
Go the files extracted in step 5. Open Odin3 v1.85.exe. You will see a window with a COM number in a box highlighted with yellow colour. The only thing matters here is the colour of the box, if it’s not yellow that means something’s not correct. You can try some tweaks like, killing Kies process from Windows task manager, re-installing drivers, rebooting system, etc.
Hit the ‘PDA’ button and select CF-Root-SGS3-v6.1.tar file we got by unzipping, in step 5. Then, click “Start”.
Just a few moments, and your phone will restart, giving you ClockworkMod recovery with root.
If you get “PASS” on desktop screen – cheer up! Everything is fine till now.
It will automatically reboot into ClockworkMod recovery and install some files.
After successful reboot, you will see an app named “SuperSU” in app drawer. It is the Superuser app.
To verify if you got root access or not, try opening an app which needs root access to function. You can try AirDroid screenshot feature, Titanium Backup, or any other app. Once you will open any such app, you will see superuser request pop-up. Grant access whenever you see this window.

That’s it! You now own a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3. To get into ClockworkMod recovery anytime, just hold the 3 keys, volume up, center home and power button for a few seconds.

As i told you ,your phone is protected from you by the developer. So to install custom roms and many other stuffs , the phone is not ready as you are going to change the system files by doing it . So to bypass it , you have to root the phone . To enjoy it to the best , you have to root the phone . But be careful because rooting causes the warranty of the phone to break . So if you do this very exciting and fast , you may brick your phone and will be left nothing but a brick in your pocket . And once it is perfectly rooted , you can install custom roms , super user and in one word you would be the boss . So rooting can make a dummy into a genius .

But first you must backup the Samsung Galaxy Y data. This is being considered a risky operation and you might lose all of your personal info by performing the same. If you want to unlock your phone put a SIM from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. Put your other SIM in and it will say SIM lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then the green call button and it’s unlocked to all networks. This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones. If it doesn’t work you will have to reset your phone without a SIM in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)

If forgot your samsung mobile code !!! Don’t worry I have something for you, these codes could reset all samsung mobile codes (including mobile tracker code) regardless of any model.
This is what to do :

First of all turn off your mobilephone.
Remove the SIM.
Turn on your mobile without SIM.
Enter the code *2767*637# (Universal Unlock Code)(Reset Mobile Tracker Code).
Enter The Code *2767*3855# (Full EEPROM Reset)(Reset All TypeOf Code).

"Warning :- Make sure that you have backup of all of your mobile data, because resting the code (factory data reset) of your phone will cause all data(encrypted data ) to be lost."

I am again here to take a good post for you and many of you users of Samsung corby mobile phones. and use codes for your mobile security and your privacy and may people among of us input the code and forget that code which they input in his/her cell phone . DON'T WORRY now i am let you know that if you forget you Samsung Corby Phone code. you can open your phone without knowing that code..

We will go through a process of steps which are easy to follow.

To Unlock the phone u have to put a other network sim which is not default provider for the phone. Like if it supports vodafone then try another sim company like docomo or any other.
Now type this in your mobile phone *#9998*3323# and this will reset the phone and push exit and then press 7.
It will reset again and now put your other sim in it and it will show you as sim lock, now press 00000000 (8 zeros) then it should be unlocked.
Now type *0141# and press the call but now (green button) and now its unlocked to all networks.
Maximum this process will work for you and it won't work in old phones of samsung so don’t waste your time unlocking them.

Now if this process didn’t work for you….
You can follow this steps to unlock the phone.

I have not tested this code so use at your own risk…
For this you have to reset the phone without sim in it by pressing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855#

Have you ever wanted to hide folders in your phone? If yes,there here is very interesting solution for you to hide folders in your phone and you don't even need any software for that.This trick can be used for any JAVA phone from Nokia,Samsung,Motorola,LG or any other company.
JUST FOLLOW SIMPLE STEPS

Create any new folder or you can use any existing folder that is to be hidden.
Rename the folder to any name but with the extension of .jad like if I want to hide my images folder then I will name it as IMG.jad
Now create a new folder with the same name in the same directory but with the extension of .jar So, I would create the folder with the name IMG.jar
And thats it!! My orignal images folder which has been renamed with .jad gets hidden and only folder with.jar extension is visible which is empty.So,my data is protected/ hidden from unwanted eyes.
To unhide the orignal folder you have to remove the .jar extension from the new folder and your orignal folder with all the files and with .jad will become visible.

Yes, since One Click roots are all the hype nowadays, the Galaxy Note has finally received it’s first One Click rooting script thanks to XDA-Developers. The script has been aptly titled Easy Rooting Toolkit and is meant for use on Windows for now, although we’re sure Linux and Mac will follow up soon enough.
Requirements:
Samsung USB Drivers.
Easy Rooting Toolkit.
Instructions:

To begin, download the rooting toolkit and extract it on your PC.
Now make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your device. (Settings > Applications > Development.)
Also, make sure to check Unknown Sources in Settings > Applications.
Connect the Galaxy Note to the PC via USB cable and set to to Charge Only mode.
Open the rooting toolkit folder and run runme.bat to begin the rooting process.
